We take great care in delivering high-quality, sealed cosmetic products. Due to the nature of our products, please read our return and replacement policy carefully.

No Return Policy

Our products fall under the cosmetic and personal care category, therefore returns are not accepted once the product is delivered, except in the following cases:

Product received is damaged
Product received is wrong or incorrect

Replacement Policy

Replacement is allowed only under the following conditions:

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused and in original packaging
Mandatory unboxing video is provided (continuous, without cuts)
Customer arranges return shipment at their own cost

Once we receive and verify the returned product, a replacement will be shipped.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for delivered orders
Refunds are issued only if the order is cancelled by us after payment has been made
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
